I was watching tv around 11:00 on sunday and i saw the wackyest show i had ever seen in my life. the name of the show is AQUA TEAM HUNGER FORCE and it's really bizzare the they say and do the weirdest thing's. if you want to check them out your self. type in AQUA TEAM HUNGER FORCE on your computer or check them out on the cartoon network during adultswim on sunday night and try to watch it it's wicked messed up. I swear the guy who created this show's a stoner big time. LOL

It's kind of an interesting thing. PR companies are starting to do all sorts of things for unconventional buzz around brands. They'll recruit graffiti artists to deface public property, they'll try to find the cool kids in school and pay them to promote a brand to their clique, and they'll pay street teams to promote a new record or program across the Internet. It's fascinating and a bit disgusting. Phlux.net has seen a few advertisements posted as fan enthusiasm. I think the marketdroids search around for public message boards and try to post their promotion. They don't even usually try to stay on topic (why should they care? they're there to promote, not participate). So anyway, I'm still kind of curious if this is a genuine spontaneous outpouring of love for a TV show, or just a thinly veiled paid promotion.

Actaully that is one of the best shows on TV. Also let me add that I am no stoner and I am not getting paid to say this. You should actually check it out. Actaully check out all of the saturday Adult Swim Night on cartoon network. Its on 9-12 here in Wisconsin. Other shows include Space Goast, and Harvey Birdman Attorny at Law.

That show is so funny. Im not getting payed, i just love that show so much. Its way better than any other show on Adult Swim including SeaLab 2021. My only criticism is that its only 15 minutes. Here at college we all get together and watch that show, thats like 15 of us. The only other time we dio that is for South Park and the Chappele Show.

Both Aqua Team and Sealab 2021 are good for a great laugh! I would recommend them both to any adult, (stoner or not). My highest...(no pun intended) recommendation goes to Cowboy Bebop! This Is show that has it all. Great characters, cool and hip artwork, and a soundtrack to die for. You will laugh sometimes but mostly it is a hard hitting edgy show with depth you wouldn't find in primetime. Oh one more thing, if anyone thinks that I'm being paid by, or that I am a big company trying to sale you something, then Neo... you should have taken the blue pill. Peace.

Just out of curiosity, is there marketing terminology that applies where a guerilla marketing backfires pathetically? As in where the marketing strategy is so ill-concieved that it actually creates the opposite of the desired effect when it moves from the theoretical stage to the actual real world implementation? Do they teach that in Marketing 101 or do you have to get your Masters before they cover that section of the textbook (or must the student have one of those epiphanies where you suddenly learn to THINK FOR YOUSELF)?

If this thread started out as guerilla marketing, it was pretty subtle and/or dumb. I guess the show's not even named "Aqua Team Hunger Force," it's "Aqua TEEN Hunger Force." So, for what it's worth, the only reason phlux.net scores high for searches (and consequently, gets all this discussion) is that people can't figure out what the show's actual name is. And it seems like a number of people genuinely like the show enough to post about it on a random message board, even if they don't know the name.

So there I am downloading 4 aqua teen hunger force episodes onto my allready heavely laden hard drive, when I stumble across this page. "So" think I "What I should really do here is reply". So thats just what I did. The show is one of the funniest things I've ever seen (especially the mooninites)with or without the comic crutch of marijuana (though a lot more funny with). So roll up a joint this sunday and at least consider watching it knowing that your new friend the Upright Man gives it his seal of quality.

Not that I am in the military or anything, rather I probably represent the general American public, but wasn't our goal to get Bin Laden? September 11th? What the hell happened to him anyway? The one problem I have is that you made it sound like a conspiracy to mislead the people of america. The reason I know that we get 5% from Iraq is from OPEC. The osama and saddam issue can be debated to death but the fact remains that they both hate our country and hate our way of life. That makes them a threat that needs to be dealt with. Aqua Team Hunger Force is the greatest show. Although the creators of the show have outragious ideas there not stoners. Check out Creative Loafing vol. 18 # 45 for 1-12-05 /1-18-05. Aqua Team made the front cover, they also have an interview with Dave Willis and Matt Maiellaro. ( co-creators of Aqua Team)

So I officially saw my first episode of Aqua Teen hunger force Saturday night, and I have to say that you whoever wrote this show must have been on a serious acid trip because the show is majorly fucked up, but at the same time it's pretty much the coolest show ever. The Auqa Teens really made a big hit to alot of peopl that is the best show i have ever watched. meatwade is so crazy and funny he can always put a smile or make someone laugh so hard.I LIKE MEATWADE. shake is special in his own kind of way he is stupid he is a kind that would put a smile on youer face.I AM ALOT LIKE SHAKE I LOVE SWEATS AND DONT HELP AROUND THE HOUSE THROW STUFF AROUND AND MOST THE TIME DONT LISTEN TO NO ONE. fry is the seriouse one he trys to do the right things for people he takes care of meatrwade and shake or tries.HE IS A KIND OF PERSON THAT I DONT WANT TO BE.BUT IN A WAY I DO. who ever says that this show is stupid is wrong you just dont how to have fun.you should watch the auqa teens on sunday's around 11:00 on cartoon network during the adultswim. ONE OF THESE DAYS I WILL COME UP WITH A CARTOON AS COOL AND FUNNY LIKE THIS BUT IT PROBABLY WONT BE AS GOOD AS THE AQUA TEENS.

So.. when I first read from this post, I was all like.."what in the hell are these people talking about..they're crazy!" but since then i have seen the show and I've got to tell you it is the most randomly hilarious shit i have ever watched in my whole life. It's kind of a ritual my friends and I have..we all get realy stoned and watch Aqua Team, it's great. Meatwad is def. my favorite, I love the way he talks....and shake is an ass. haha, but anyways I guess my point is that the show is awesome, and everyone should watch it
