Lately I can't go to sleep. It isn't spring fever since VA had spring on crack and we are well into every day above 80. I dunno, I just want to stay up reading all night and sleep away the morning. But my job-gah!-needs me there at a certain time. How to fall asleep>>>>? |

Forget the job and start a rock and roll band, then you won't have to worry about sleeping cause rock stars aren't supposed to sleep. Of course you'll have to stop reading books... real rock stars aren't allowed to be well read. But then the drugs and beer and liquor and wretched excess will fill the empty void that shakespeare, poe, twain, and dostoyevsky leave... |

Take multiple 5 minute naps at work. Try to space them out randomly. Do it with your eyes open. Occationally schuffle papers to look like you're working. Get a copy of the keys to the basement and "disapear" for an hour or two each day. You won't need to waste any time at night trying to sleep. |

Here we go again. I started off the summer going to bed early and rising early and it's getting progressively later. Now that I am on vacation I can stay up all night with no worries of dozing at work (although that IS a good idea, Cody...now I know why they removed the couch from the teacher's lounge...) What DOES one do a 1 am? My eyes are too blurry to read...I'm addicted to Free Cell at this point... |

That's a certain type of insomnia. I know (well, not really know, assume), because I read a stephen king book called Insomnia once. Since you like to read, pick this book up, I'm sure it will disquiet you a little. |

i too havn't ben able to sleep lately. i've been worrying about an issue that's been haunting my mind for the past 6 weeks. (explination on "advice" in stupid shit section" and i havn't been able to sleep. as you prolly noticed with some of my posts at 3 o'clock in the morning and such... (explination on advice, " " " ") if there's any cures that you know, plz tell me, heh. |
